Pregnancy, Birth, & Newborns

These are some examples of photographs I have taken of pregnant women and their families, births I have witnessed and documented, and newborns under 2 weeks old and their families. The births took place at home, hospital and birth centers and represent both vaginal and cesarean births. Most pregnancy or maternity and newborn photos were taken in the family’s home or in mine using natural light.
